Innovation Experience Designer // New York Innovation Hub
— Designed creative, comprehensive, and impactful experiences across the entire client journey for over 15 innovation engagements and sales pursuits, namely with the full C-suites of Fortune 500 companies.
— Conducted client research fueling the creation of an experience strategy and collaborating with teams and vendors to deliver bespoke experiences to influence sales and brand perception.
— Created a prototype to exemplify what Accenture’s Store of Tomorrow Strategy could look like if implemented at a top perfume company. This immersive experience was the differentiating factor in the pursuit of a $150M.
User Experience Researcher // 𝐓𝐨𝐩 10 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲
— Served as a user experience researcher for an initiative to increase Black Representation in Marketing in Europe.
— Designed and facilitated workshops with top advertising agencies across Europe in attendance.
— Conducted interviews with key stakeholders to uncover user pain points, and mapped them to root causes.
— Prototyped opportunity areas such a sponsorship program and as a revamped website using Adobe XD.
— The sponsorship program is being executed across the UK and this project won Accenture’s Global Equality Award and Institute of Designers in Ireland’s Design for Good Award.
Content Creator // Top 10 Technology Company
— Responsible for developing a content calendar, curating posts 3x a week, organizing events, giveaways and drip campaigns with the goal of teaching a global account of ~27k people how to be innovators.
— Served as creative director for a full length training series which I also starred in. This involved writing scripts, producing, and editing videos using Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Producer/Creative Director: Partnering with models and MUAs in NYC to execute photoshoots. Also recording interviews and behind the scenes interviews in to be shared on social media sites.
UX Designer: Hired by a music start-up to identify usability issues with their mobile experience and prototype solutions to address the issues.
Visual Designer: Re-designed an illustration for a language learning chrome extension.
